Customized Items

Orders that include customized items require extra production time in addition to the delivery timeframes above. Please check the individual product listing for estimated lead times.

If you would like your ready-made items to be shipped first, please place them as a separate order.

Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel via:

Speedpost / JNT / Ninjavan

(Please allow some time for tracking details to be updated on the courier’s site.)


Shipping Requests & Delays

We’re unable to guarantee specific delivery timeslots or requests, as courier schedules are beyond our control.

If there are delays, please reach out to the courier directly. While we cannot take responsibility for issues outside our control, we’ll always try to support you in resolving them.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners, we are not responsible for courier delays or lost mail. Redelivery costs (if any) will be borne by the customer.

That said, we’ll do our best to help liaise with our courier partners if problems arise.


Changing Delivery Information

Once your order is placed, delivery details can’t be changed. However, if you need assistance, please contact us right away hello@thegoodayy.com — we’ll do our best to help before your parcel is dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to retrieve or redirect it.

International parcels with incomplete or incorrect addresses are usually returned to us within 1–3 months. 

Any incorrect or incomplete details may result in failed or delayed delivery. Redelivery costs will be borne by the customer.
