    To make sure we can prepare your materials and seats, all workshops require booking in advance. This ensures you have a smooth and creative experience.

    2. Can I choose the colors or materials for my personalized gift?
    Yes, many of our gifts can be customized, including embroidery colors and printed designs. Available options vary by product and are displayed on each product page.

    3. How long does it take to make a personalized gift?
    Production times vary depending on the item and personalization, but generally:

    - Apparel & bags: 3–5 business days
    - Frames & keepsakes: 5–7 business days
    - Workshops: As per the scheduled date you book
    We always aim to get your gifts to you as quickly as possible!

    4. Can I request a private workshop?
    Absolutely! Private workshops are available at an additional cost, which includes the venue and materials. Perfect for a birthday, anniversary, or special creative session.

    5. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
    We sometimes have weekday couple bundles or seasonal promotions. Keep an eye on our website or social media for the latest offers

    6. Can multiple people participate in one workshop booking?
    Yes! Additional participants just need to pay for their own seat and materials.

    7. Can I use my own materials in a workshop?

    To ensure safety and fairness to all participants, workshop materials are provided exclusively by us, and our venue is reserved for scheduled workshops.

    8. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and times will vary based on location, and tracking details are provided once your order ships.

    9. Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
    We try our best to accommodate changes, but because many of our products are handmade and personalized, we may not be able to adjust an order once production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible

    10. Can I use vouchers or credits for purchases or workshops?
    Currently, we do not accept vouchers for purchases.

    11. Can I return or exchange a personalized gift?
    Because items are custom-made and personal, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately if there’s an issue.

    12. How do I know the colors or designs will look like the photos?
    We provide mockups or previews for personalized orders when possible. Each product is handmade, so minor variations are part of the charm.

    13. Can I request rush or priority orders?
    Yes, for an additional fee, we can expedite some orders. Please contact us to confirm if your item qualifies.

    14. Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?
    Yes! Most of our items come in curated Ready-to-Gift packaging. Custom wrapping options may be available for select orders.

    15. How can I contact you if I have a question or issue?
