Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Goodayy Worldwide does not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products, including custom text, custom prints, and custom badges.

Goodayy Worldwide only provides return or exchange in the following cases for exclusive ready design products: defective items received or inaccurate items received.

All goods undergo quality control before shipping. If you receive a wrong or defective product, email business@thegoodayy.com with a clear picture within 2 days of receiving your order. We will guide you on the next steps. Returns or exchanges depend on product availability, as most items are pre-order.

Important Notes for Returns

  • All defective or incorrect items must reach us within 5 days of dispatch for Singapore orders.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging, with tags attached and respective plastic packaging.
  • Shipping fee and return shipping is not refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

What Is Not Considered a Defect

  • Print placement variations due to fabric layout
  • Slight size differences (0.5–1.5”)
  • Color discrepancies due to lighting, photography, or tech displays
  • Wrong size or fit
  • Loose or accumulated fabric threads. As our tees are custom-made and sewn individually from scratch, each piece may have loose or accumulated threads. This is not a defect as it does not affect the wearability of the tee. You may simply cut off any threads if it is uncomfortable.
  • Recycled tag and size labels. There are instances where we might use recycled tag labels to reduce unnecessary wastage.

Examples of Defective Items Eligible for Return

  • Ink stains or other marks on the product
  • Holes or tears impacting usability

Goodayy Worldwide reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if conditions are not met. Policies may be updated at any time, and revised terms will be posted on the website immediately.
