The Goodayy Wholesale Program

Welcome to The Goodayy Wholesale Program—designed for retailers and businesses who want to offer our curated products to their customers.

1. Who Can Apply

  • Wholesale is available only to registered Singapore businesses (UEN required).
  • All applicants must complete the Wholesale Registration Form before placing orders.
  • The Goodayy reserves the right to withhold orders until registration is complete.

2. Pricing & Minimums

  • Pricing varies by product. For full details, visit Wholesale Page URL or contact us at business@thegoodayy.com.
  • Minimum order: $300 SGD (first-time and reorders).
  • No minimum per item—products can be mixed and matched to reach the order minimum.

3. Payment Terms

  • New customers: full payment required before shipment unless alternative terms are approved.
  • Approved accounts: payment due within 30 days of invoice.
  • Late payments: 10% per month finance charge starting 30 days after due date. Additional 10% may apply for each subsequent 30-day period.
  • Orders may be withheld until past payments are clear.

4. Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, customs clearance, import/export fees, insurance, and freight risks.
  • Customers may act as importer of record for international shipments.
  • Report shipping errors or damage within 3 days of receipt.Customer’s failure to give such notice within that three-day period shall be deemed a waiver of Customer's claim for incorrect or damaged shipments.

5. Returns

  • Returns accepted within 5 days only if: 
    1. Products do not meet specifications, or
    2. Products are damaged or shipped incorrectly (reported within 3 days).
  • Returns will be credited or replaced as agreed with The Goodayy.

6. Refunds

  • Unsold merchandise cannot be returned. Responsibility for unsold or unwanted items lies with the wholesale customer.

7. Disclaimer

  • Products sold as-is.
  • No warranties, express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for purpose).

8. Buyer/Seller Relationship

  • Strictly a buyer-seller relationship.
  • Does not create employee, agent, or legal representative status.

9. Entire Agreement

  • By applying or ordering, you agree to these terms.
  • Overrides any prior agreements.
  • Terms subject to change; review regularly.
