How to Measure Your Tee Neck: Measure around the base of your neck. Chest/Bust: Measure at the fullest part, under the armpits and across the shoulder blades. Sleeve: From the center back of your neck, measure across the shoulder, over the bent elbow, down to the wrist. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
