Patch Bar House Rules & Policies

Welcome to the Patch Bar! 
Whether you’re ordering online or visiting us onsite, we want your patching experience to be smooth and enjoyable.
Please read our full house rules and policies.

1. Patch Types

Our catalog features iron-on, adhesive, and printed patches, suitable for most fabrics. Each type has its own care requirements — see our care guide below.

2. Embroidery Add-On

  • Embroidery can be added to your item onsite.

  • Waiting time is typically 20–30 minutes, depending on current orders.

  • Embroidery is done by our staff to ensure the best quality. Once applied, placement cannot be changed.

3. Selection & Confirmation

  • Customers must confirm patch selection and placement before checkout (online) or before patching onsite.

  • Once ironed on or embroidery has begun, changes or cancellations are not possible.

4. Lead Time & Delivery

  • Online orders: Typically take 3 working days to process, plus 2–3 working days for delivery. Urgent orders can be arranged case-by-case.

  • Onsite Patch Bar & Embroidery: Items are completed instantly or within the waiting time noted above.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • All Patch Bar items are final sale.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not available once patches or embroidery are applied.

  • Patches cannot be replaced or swapped, but add-ons or new patches are always welcome.

6. Care Guide

  • Do not soak, rinse, or wring patched or embroidered items.

  • Spot clean with a damp cloth.

  • Avoid harsh detergents, direct heat, scratching, or prolonged water exposure.

  • Improper care may damage patches; we are not responsible for damage after purchase.

7. Bulk Orders & Special Requests

  • Large orders may require extra time; timelines will be confirmed before production.

  • Custom requests (colors, designs, or placement) must be confirmed before checkout or onsite.

8. Onsite / Workshop Etiquette

  • Follow staff instructions for patch placement, embroidery, and workspace use.

  • Be mindful of others waiting at the Patch Bar.

  • Once applied, patches and embroidery cannot be removed or moved.

9. Can’t Decide?

Tell us your style, and we’ll curate a set of patches and embroidery just for you!
Example: “Grace loves pink and has a dog.” We’ll create a set perfect for them.
